Professor Barry Antonio Costa-Pierce ("BCP"), EA President/CEO, has been appointed through 2024 as a Professor II at Nord University in Bod, Norway. BCP's primary responsibilities will be to teach and supervise master's students in the Nordic international program in the Sustainable Production and Utilization of Marine Bioresources (MAR-BIO), a joint master's degree between Nord University, the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, and Holar University in Iceland. In September MAR-BIO welcomed 20 students from 10 countries. Costa-Pierce will deliver lectures in person in Bod that will be recorded for wider distribution outside the universities to EA partners.
